Twitter for Business

I attended this Lunch and Learn session some time back and find the session interesting. Basically the session covers some do’s and don’t and what a company should take note of when it decides to strike out a conversations via the twitter channel. It also set forth some of the common objectives that companies hope to achieve when their launches their twitter account.
